Optimized Camera Placement

Used python/cython code to generate the locations of the least amount of cameras required to cover a certain road area based off of a google maps image and using buildings as a potential mounting point.

❖ Collaborated on developing unique google maps styles for software to interact with and optimize area coverage of cameras

❖ Collaborated on developing algorithm that optimizes the number of cameras required to cover road area of a google maps image and implemented it in python/cython code.

❖ Optimized time performance of algorithm by using caching.
